Steph called me this afternoon and somehow I had a feeling that it's not gonna be one of her random happy calls ..

And yes, it wasn't.

She told me that a friend of ours passed away yesterday noon/afternoon.

We visited her last week and her sister told us that her situation was stable and all they need to do is wait for her to wake up from her coma. Last weekend, me and Steph decided to visit her again someday this week and this news came ..

Good Lord. She's so young.

But, I really really think that she's in a much better place right now. No more pain, no more medication.

Dear friend, you rest well now and .. I hope you're happier now .. and free from all the pains that you went through.

I can't believe that I only have 2 weeks left till uni reopens, three more days to my KK trip and .. around 1 week time till he's leaving. time flies by so friggin' fast ... o_O

Even though I have short nails, I super love applying nail polish, especially after I did my chores. Heh! So earlier, I was removing my nail polish and I explored around the nail polishes I have and decided to go with the following two of the OPIs that I have =D

I applied Makes Men Blush first then Will You Mari-achi Me? and it turns out great! Much better than using either alone. The colour is really light and nice. I've been using dark colours for the past few weeks so light colour would be nice once in a while. I wonder how does the OPI people think of the name for each of their nail polish. Salute to them!

I didn't have a great start of the day. A seriouslyyyy bad tummy ache woke me up and I have to do business (you know.) for quite a while. It was so painful, until I can't stop having cold sweats.

That's how I started my Duanwu Festival. Great. The rest of the day is just cleaning and washing.

BUT, when I was about to wash my car, something else happened.

So there was this Indian lady who always walks around the neighbourhood. Only get to see her a few times when I'm bathing Beauty or washing my car. Anyways, today she did her walking routine again and when she was walking back to her house.

I was filling up the bucket with water and I heard her coughing/choking and I went to check her out ..

Me: Errr .. you okay?
Indian lady: *shakes head + coughing/choking*
Me: *looking at her tummy* Are you pregnant?

I really missed blogging and I think Imma start blogging like crazy again ..

So, I have no idea why but I really like what Avery said to Kim when she and Jason decided to get back together (You know, adults cry too when they are happy). I'm reading The Girl Next Door that Ying lent me like months ago and only now I decided to finish it. There are like .. around 30 - 40 pages more to go. I probably could finish it tonight =)

I ain't being emo or anything like that, it's .. just a lil thought of mine. It was triggered by the book, the life of the people who stayed in the apartment. I thought this book is kinda boring at the start, but slowly it got better.

Today was quite a productive day, 'coz finally, I JOGGED. Oh yes I did, with Steph. I personally think that I've improved since the last time I jogged, which was last month, with Ibnu. God knowssss how much I pushed myself to walk/jog those rounds!

Hellooooooo!

I know it took me ages to do a proper post but it's better to be late than never, right? =D

So now I'm having my three-month holidays .. currently on the 4th week now. Every week, gotta go back n forth to BSB from Seria for two days for my tuition .. I know, sucks to be me. Why can't my parents be rich and rent me an apartment there? I suppose by then I wouldn't need to teach tuition and just goyang kaki at home! XD

To be honest, I have no idea who would still check my oh-so-dead-blog, for being inactive for like .. three months?! I know it's Valentine's Day on the 14th but unfortunately .. it's also the first day of CNY and at that moment, I was still working at my old work place sooooo, I work through the first 3 days of CNY so nothing to YAY there .. but it felt pretty awesome to be pretty at work 'coz usually I wear tees and long jeans to work.

To be honest, CNY wasn't THAT awesome for me. Let me skip that un-awesome part and let's go to the pictures!

Remember one of my New Year's Resolutions? It was Resolution #5: To join my UVC club more. Now I must proudly say that "I DID IT!" I was assigned to the position Secretary and ~ I hope I did a good job, guys! And I hope that I didn't disappoint anyone, especially Billah =)

We volunteered at the Special Olympic's function, helping to do the health screening of the athletes =) And I still can't forget that adorable girl ...

I quit my old job this month and pretty relieve but at the same time, I missed it too. Especially when I have nothing to do at night, I missed that job. Probably got used to work till late night. At the same time, I concentrate on my tuition job. Sometimes my students give me headaches and sometimes they make me laugh .. and probably I laugh at my own jokes most of the time .. =="

Well, I tried to concentrate on revision 'coz I don't want to fail MA 1102! And thank God that I only got one day of exams.

Other than tuitions, I hang out at DotA Room more: do revisions, play Vampire game (dammit, I miss this!), watch my Pokemon series =p, online and etc =D

Oh, I forgot to mention that ..
sometimes they sleep in DotA Room *evil smile*

Okay, May is the exam month. Everyone was sooooo serious with revision and I'm the slackest person in the room (who did revision and watch Pokemon at the same time) 'coz I only got one day of exams. And it was on the last day of exam weeks, 15th May. In the morning was MA 1102 and afternoon was Mandarin =)))) I know right, Mandarin should be frigging easy for me x) As for the exam day, why was the exam on the same day .. seriously, no idea. It was arranged that way then that way it is!

And I think I did quite good in both papers, especially Math! Never felt so confident and good =)

You know how girls could dream 'bout their wedding in the future and yadi yadi daaaa. I'm a girl and so it's an "OF COURSE" that I dream 'bout it .. or daydream XD Even if I'm super boyish.

Lately I've been seeing proposal all around in the Internet and makes me dream and "awww ~" and "ohhh ~" even more. And I cried at some too .. (a lil bit only!) and got super duper uber teary eyes .. I know, SENSITIVE.

Happy New Year everybodyyyy! =D

I had a great night and I finally thought of a resolution when I was on the way back home (and also thinking a few more in the showers and now).

My New Year's Resolution:

1. I will try my best to revise at least 30 minutes - 1 hour per day. (Starting now, for my supps T_T)
2. Do all assignment and hand-in reports on time!
3. 我希望我可以把每件事看开一点
4. Not to give too much trouble to Dan (I guess?)
5. To join my UVC club more.
6. I MUST save my hard-earned money and don't overspend (!!)
7. Diet and exerciseeeeeeeeeeeeeee! (Must rajin go gym with G)

I think that's all for this year, hopefully I can do it *pray hard*

I gotta get a small journal book to list all these stuffs down to remind me of my resolution and also to list down important shits so I won't forget it .. (Call me Miss Forgetful)

I don't really know what to blog now so I decided to blog 'bout my S'pore Trip =D Just to make myself happy =="

So I went to S'pore for my aunt's lil wedding ceremony .. the Chinese one. I went to S'pore alone and seriously, I was a sakai in the plane. I'm so used to AirAsia's flight and RBA's flight is like .. WOW to me XD HAHA!

I stayed at my aunt's place for the first two nights and it was all good ^^ The first day there, I took the bus and MRT alone and I shopped around a bit =D It was fun! Exploring the place all by myself. Shopping by yourself is great too! No one to rush you or make you wait. I bought tee, dress, some little stuffs and book!

And yes, I took these pics when I'm back in Brunei.

My aunt brought me to her usual nail salon for mani and pedi and it's sooo nice. Expensive at the same time ==" Then we went to dinner at Katong with my uncle, cheap and yummy western food at Ashton!

I know I didn't blog for 34 days and I'm sooo sorry! In fact, I miss blogging VERY MUCH.

Before I go on, I wanna say something that is superrrr obvious, I've changed my layout .. again. 'Coz it was like this:

My work .. ain't that tough but it's at night sooooo ~ it took away my time for blogging. But things are starting to settle down and all and I'm super glad that God heardddd meee prayer! I've been waiting for an opportunity for this part-time job FOREVER! And I got it =D

And and and .. I'm SOOOO GLAD that I can finally online at my new place. Oh yes, Nikki Chia is super independent now 'coz she's out of hostel. WHATEVER! HAHA! Anyways, my broadband has been working like a perra and I was planning to complain 'bout it when I'm going to pay my bills .. >=)

I can rest for a tad bit. Just a tad bit. I still have a report for Dr.K to do and notes to revise. I think I can take the notes slow .. XD

Well, things didn't go as I planned. My holiday starts at exactly 4p.m., after I submit 3 reports. Suppose to be 2 but after this morning's practical, all of us have 'report papers' to answer ==" And today's practical was a DISASTER. No one could get anything from the stupid salivary glands of D. melanogaster's larvae .. well, 2 groups did but it wasn't clear enough to observe.

From our practical scehdule, we all thought that we only need to answer few questions BUT it changed to 'report papers' to answer. WTF.

Me and my usual Biology gang were rushing our work like WHAT. Argh!

So I've been spending my afternoon and evening and night to google for its fix .. until I saw this website *wipe tears*

Like finally ... SERIOUSLY.

I did the date and time settings but it didn't work .. so I moved on to the "Delete the Messenger Contacts Cache folder" and it worked!!

You have nooooo idea how happy I was!

A tad bit proud too =P I used to find people for help (esp. Dan) when I have this kind of problems .. but now now, I'm pretty good *super wide smile*

I'm back in Brunei. Feel glad and sad at the same time 'coz I'm already missing home and at the same time, I really like the life there.

Hello people!

If you do check my facebook profile, I'm pretty sure that you know that I'm in KL right now =) HEHE.

FYI, KL is always good for me 'coz I get to see my besties (Lez & San) and KL friends =D I miss them tonnes and it's great to see them again after 1 year plus! I haven't go to the city yet, stayed in Desa and I finallyyyyyy went to LimKokWing!

Seriously, why can't the canteen in UBD be like theirs?? I love Wing's Cafe's drinks! I forgot what
I had yesterday and it was DELICIOUS!! And it's so much fun when there's no SPECIFIC dress code in uni ~

And and .. why UBD's hostel can't be like Desaria? WHY?!

I'm going to KL later to jalan-jalan and hopefully I can get a beanie today! And I get to see how Lez purchase her kain-kain XD Sakai ba! HAHA.

The whole point of this KL trip is to watch San's fashion show (it's for the students who graduate this year) and I can't wait to go! Yesterday I went to Lez's class in the morning and her lecturer was talking 'bout the upcoming fashion show and she said a lot of local designers and artists (I only hear Siti Nurhaliza and the rest I'm not sure) will be there and SO I'M EXCITED MAN!! Hahahahaha!!

Oh .. I act pretty good in class =) I copied down the stuffs the lecturer said & I did try to listen to what she said .. HEHE.

Anyways, I was suppose to blog last night but the connection isn't that good soooo I blog right away when I wake up =P Last night before I blog, I checked the blogs that I followed and a blogger from Penang (who I quite admire), Jeannie, mentioned about a song and she said "I bet it suits any long distance relationship couples too."

Off I went to youtube and search for the song and heyyyyy ~ it's a nice song =) Something new for me and ... I'm missing Danny even more.

¡Hola!

Is that obvious enough for you guys to know that I'm taking Spanish class this sem? Haha! And yes, I gave up on French. Today's first class of Spanish is pretty good .. I gotta google for some Spanish name 'coz Mr. Paolo asked us to.

It's been one hell long day of lectures for me today. Lectures started from 10a.m. till 4p.m. and boyyyyy I'm soooo glad that there's no BI 2220 this week! (This means no prac tomorrow morning too! Muahaha!) If not, it would be straight 6 hours of classes today, NON-STOP. It's getting worse, next week it would be 7 hours, including a new elective that I'm planning to join ..

And did I say that I'm having three pracs per week? Although it's alternatively, still crazy right?! (>.<) Imma hate Tuesday for this sem!

To my dearrrr friends who are not in Brunei, you might or might not know how's Brunei now. You know it's hazy all over Brunei? Lemme show you what I got from a forward mail ..

Brunei-Muara, Tutong and Temburong's PSI are 60, 74 and 63 respectively, which is moderate.

It was soooo bad that even those malay stalls on the road side of Telisai could burn just like that! There are forest fires around UBD area and the haze made hostel's hotness even worse..
